1. Service Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of any service by providing a written notice via email to our support team.
For services billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly SEO packages, cloud services), cancellation must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Once a project has started (e.g., web development or custom software), cancellation is subject to project stage and associated resource allocation.
2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered or partially completed.
If a refund is approved due to special circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment or accidental billing), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for digital marketing services, consultation, and services involving third-party platforms (such as hosting, domains, or ad credits).
